Olive Auction is an online marketplace for olive oil. A mill or estate opens a producer account here, puts up a numbered lot as a timed auction or a fixed-price allocation, and deals with the winning buyer direct — we never hold the oil or the money. Buyers, the catalogue and the bidding live at olive.auction, and our Android app carries the same account, with a notification when a lot you follow is closing.
This form reaches a person. Use it for an account you cannot open or sign in to, a listing that has not gone live, an order or a shipment that has gone wrong, packaging and carriage questions, anything the app does that it should not, a correction to your data, or closing your account.
We answer in the order they arrive, within two working days. If it concerns a specific lot or order, name it — the lot title or the order number is enough to find it.
