Nov 2025 is the pressing running now. A 2026 lot sells as futures, delivered in the window you state.

7 · Lab numbers (worth gold to buyers — skip if pending)
8 · Packaging you'll ship in
Tins Wood case Pulp shipper

Whichever you pick, the spec behind it is the same: a rigid double-wall outer, a divider or pulp cell around every bottle, glass never resting on glass, tins boxed with 2 cm of padding on every side. A damage claim gets checked against that standard — a lot refunded after being packed to it still leaves the commission owed.

9 · Where will you ship?
European Union Europe, non-EU Rest of the world

Europe outside the EU means the UK, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland. Tick every region you'll actually ship to — only buyers inside them can bid, and nobody outside has a path to winning the lot. A crate leaving the customs union clears a border: duty and import VAT land on the buyer, the export paperwork on you. Keep to the union alone if you'd rather not deal with that, and if your mill sits outside Europe pick the regions that suit you — nothing here obliges you to ship worldwide.

10 · Your carriage rates

Every lot carries its own carriage charge, added on top of the hammer and paid straight through to you — the 22% commission is drawn on the hammer amount alone. Whoever bids sees the rate to their own country, and their full delivered total, before the first bid goes in.

Set one figure per region, priced for the whole lot as it lands. Cover every region you ship to; enter 0 wherever delivery costs you nothing.

Add a country rate only where you want one — it stands in for the regional figure for that country alone. Keep it modest close to home, honest at the far edge of your range.

11 · A photo (your own — the bottle or the trees)

Up to three — the bottle, the label, the trees. Each shows as a thumbnail once you attach it.

12 · Sell as
Auction Fixed price

Close under reserve but above half of it, and a 24-hour window opens before anything is settled: take the standing bid, wait for the leader to raise to your figure, or let both pass and keep the lot. Below half your reserve the lot stays yours outright, and above it the decision always waits on you.
