List a lot
The producer side of Olive Auction

A numbered lot, priced by the room instead of the chain.

This is where a mill consigns a rare pressing into a timed auction and lets open bidding set the number. Create a producer account, list what you press, and let the buyers who came for the provenance decide what it's worth.

The economics

What a bulk contract pays, and what a room can find

RouteWhat it means for the mill
Bulk chain at originJaén producer prices, July 2026, ran €3.60–3.80/kg — and the mill's name stayed off the tanker.
Consigned to auctionNumbered and laboratory-certified, offered to a room of buyers who bid until the number is decided.

Those buyers come for a named mill, a dossier and a lot they can trace back to a tree. What it fetches is whatever that room decides on the day.

What comes with a lot

Consigning puts three things to work

Your name on the lot

The mill is named on every lot it consigns, and the page carries its own record: the estate, the grove, the harvest. Buyers bid on that name, and every hammer builds it.

A dossier that argues for you

The lab sheet, the panel grade and the tree record sit on the lot page and do the arguing, so a stranger can back a bid with confidence rather than a guess.

A direct settlement

The winning buyer pays the mill on the rails the mill has open, and their name and delivery address reach the mill the moment the lot closes. Olive Auction never holds the money.

How it runs

Four steps between the press and the payment

Create the producer account

A handful of fields — the mill, the region, who to pay. There is no charge to open it.

List the lot

A tap-through form: harvest, cultivar, lab numbers, photos. Most mills finish it in under a minute.

We review it

A quick check against the dossier and the packaging standard, and the lot goes live in the current sale.

The buyer pays, the mill ships

The buyer pays the mill direct. The 22% holds on your card at the sale — unlocking the buyer's delivery details — and settles by itself when you log dispatch. The mill ships tracked within 5 working days.

How settlement opens up

Every mill starts on buyer-protected rails

StageSettlement rails open
First consignmentPayPal, capped at €500 expected value until the lot delivers.
After 3 delivered lotsRevolut and Wise open alongside PayPal.
After 6 delivered lotsBank transfer opens.

A new producer account starts on a rail the buyer's own payment network protects on both sides. The ladder widens as lots are seen to deliver — it's a record the mill builds one consignment at a time.

The sale itself

Where the bidding happens

This site is where a mill opens the account and builds the lot. The sale itself runs at olive.auction, the room where a lot goes live, buyers bid, and the hammer falls.
